Urban EDC Supply offers a payment program powered by Zip. When you make a purchase, you'll pay 25% of your entire order initially. The remaining amount is divided into three payments of 25% each, which are due every two weeks. The payment is interest-free and your goods are shipped out as soon as the first portion of your payment is received.

Urban EDC Supply's Return Policy is as follows: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, they offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original shipment date for items still in new/unused condition. Exceptions include Marketplace items, which have a 7-day return window, and Last Call items, which are final sale. All items being exchanged or returned must be in new/unused condition, with the original packaging unopened and all its original contents included, with no visible signs of wear and tear on the items and its packaging. Returns are processed within a 7-10 business day window after the returned item is received by their warehouse. For domestic customers, returns for store credit and exchanges are free, but there is a flat $5 restocking fee deducted from refunds to the original payment method. Refunds and exchanges do not include the shipment cost of the original order. International customers will need to pay for their own shipping costs back to Urban EDC Supply.

As for their Shipping Policy, they do their best to ship out all orders placed before 7am Pacific Time on the same day, but this is not guaranteed. They do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal US holidays. They offer free shipping on any order $100 and above within the United States. For international orders, customers are responsible for all additional customs/brokerage charges. They ship anywhere in the world through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or Fedex.
